WALL VENTILATION STRUCTURE
To provide a wall ventilation structure in which ventilation louver is not attached to an outer wall of each floor even in a building to be a fire resistant structure.SOLUTION: An outer wall panel 30 is attached to the outdoor side of each floor of a steel frame body 1, and an inner wall 4 is erected on the indoor side of the frame body 1, and a wall spacing 5 for ventilation is provided between the outer wall panel 30 and the inner wall 4. A plurality of hollow holes 31 penetrating vertically are formed in the outer wall panel 30, a vent holes 32 opened to the rear side of the outer wall panel 30 is connected to at least a part of the hollow holes 31, and the lower floor wall spacing 5 and the upper floor wall spacing 5 are communicated with each other via the vent holes 32 and the hollow hole 31, and communicated to the outside air through a ventilation louver 7 provided on the outer wall of the uppermost floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 耐火構造とすべき建物においても、各階の外壁に通気ガラリを取り付けなくて済む壁体通気構造を提供する。【解決手段】 鉄骨造躯体1の各階の屋外側に外壁パネル30を取り付けるとともに、躯体1の屋内側に内壁4を建て込んで、外壁パネル30と内壁4との間に通気用の壁内間隙5を設ける。外壁パネル30には、上下方向に貫通する複数の中空孔31を形成するとともに、中空孔31の少なくとも一部には外壁パネル30の裏面側に開口する通気孔32を接続することで、下階の壁内間隙5と上階の壁内間隙5とを、通気孔32および中空孔31を経由して互いに連通させるとともに、最上階の外壁に設けた通気ガラリ7を通じて外気に連通させる。【選択図】 図1
