To provide a waterproof structure of an outer wall mounting portion of a building unit that can be waterproofed by a simple method and can reduce the number of operation steps and cost.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of an outer wall mounting portion of a building unit comprises: a first outer wall material 36 which is mounted on the outdoor side of a building unit 12; a bracket 50 which is disposed on the outdoor side of a housing frame 20 of the building unit 12 and protrudes toward the outdoor side from the outer surface of the housing frame 20; an opening 56 which is provided in the first outer wall material 36 and into which the bracket 50 is inserted when the first outer wall material 36 is attached to the building unit 12; and a waterproof tape 70 which is formed using a stretchable butyl tape 72 (substrate), and in which an outer peripheral portion 70Y provided with the adhesive layer is adhered to the indoor surface of the first outer wall material 36, and which prevents the entry of water from the outside to the indoor side of the first outer wall material 36 by covering the opening 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡易な方法により防水処理を行うことができ、しかも作業工数及びコストを低減することができる建物ユニットの外壁取付部の防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物ユニット１２の屋外側に取り付けられる第１外壁材３６と、建物ユニット１２の躯体フレーム２０の屋外側に配置されると共に躯体フレーム２０の外側面から屋外側へ向けて突出されたブラケット５０と、第１外壁材３６に設けられ、建物ユニット１２に第１外壁材３６が取り付けられる際にブラケット５０が挿入される開口部５６と、伸長可能なブチルテープ７２（基材）を用いて形成され、粘着層が設けられた外周部７０Ｙが第１外壁材３６の屋内側の面に接着され、開口部５６を覆って屋外から第１外壁材３６の屋内側への水の浸入を防止する防水テープ７０と、を備えている。【選択図】図５
