To provide a movable partition device in which continuity of texture of translucent panel members between adjacent partition panels can be maintained.SOLUTION: The movable partition device is provided in which a plurality of partition panels 2, 2,... are provided in a connected row arrangement in a width direction to thereby partition a space, the partition panels being hung, via hanging members 9, 9, by a guide path provided in a ceiling, and the partition panels each being movable along the guide path. The partition panel 2 comprises: at least a pair of translucent panel members 4, 4 which are disposed opposing to each other with a space; and a frame member 5 which supports the pair of translucent panel members 4, 4. Each of vertical frames 7, 7 of the frame member 5 is disposed between the opposing planes 4a, 4a of the pair of translucent panel members 4, 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
