To provide a mold material unit or the like which is provided with a synthetic resin mold material and is hard to expand/contract even when temperature changes occur.SOLUTION: A mold material unit includes: a synthetic resin mold member having a wall portion; a reinforcement member reinforcing the mold material, provided on a surface of one side in the thickness direction of the wall portion, and having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the mold material; and an adhered member provided on a surface of the other side in the thickness direction of the wall portion, adhered to the mold material, and having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the mold material. The adhered member is fixed to the reinforcement member by a fixing tool which penetrates the mold material at a portion to which the adhered member is adhered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
