To provide a panel unit which can suppress heat transfer between outdoor and indoor metal skins, a fitting structure of the panel unit, and a thermal insulation edge material.SOLUTION: A panel unit 100 is provided with sandwich panels 4 and a thermal insulation edge material 5. The sandwich panel 4 comprises: an outdoor skin 1 and an indoor skin 2, both made of metal, positioned opposite each other; and a core material 3 in a plate shape positioned between the outdoor skin 1 and the indoor skin 2, wherein the outdoor skin 1 includes a side wall part 11 along a side surface 30 of the core material 3. The thermal insulation edge material 5 is attached on the side wall part 11. The thermal insulation edge material 5 comprises an edge material body 50 in a plate shape along the side wall part 11, and a thermal insulation material 51 in a plate shape covering one side of the edge material body 50 in a thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
