To provide a building structure with an evacuation room for measures against a tsunami, flood, or tidal wave.SOLUTION: An evacuation room that does not float even under water, is not flowed, avoids direct collision with drifts, and can avoid being fallen down at the time of a tsunami, flood, or tidal wave is provided in a strong building using a column, beam and wall, and slab of a structural frame so as to be integrated with the building. Thereby, the volume of a required air amount corresponding to a submergence duration time is secured so that a person can be alive even in the case of being under water of a tsunami, flood, or tidal wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】津波、洪水、高潮対策用の避難部屋付き建築構造物を提供する。【解決手段】津波、洪水、高潮時に、水中でも浮き上がらず、流されず、漂流物の直接衝突を避けることができ、転倒も免れることができる避難部屋を、堅固な建物の中に、構造骨組みの柱、梁や壁、スラブを利用して、建物と一体化して設け、津波、洪水、高潮で水中となっても生存できるように、水没継続時間に対する必要空気量の容積分を確保する。【選択図】図１６
