BUILDING STRUCTURE WITH EVACUATION ROOM FOR MEASURES AGAINST TSUNAMI, FLOOD, AND TIDAL WAVE
To solve the problem of the absence of a delay time for escaping to a shelter because a Nankai megathrust earthquake would cause a tsunami arriving in five minutes and having height of 10 m by providing a building structure with an evacuation room for measures against a quickly coming tsunami, flood, or tidal wave.SOLUTION: A survivor in a capsized ship in a storm gives a hint on a method for saving a person even in the case of the person being caught by a tsunami. An evacuation structure projecting upward in which a person can be alive even in the case of being under water is made. No delay time exists when the tsunami arrives quickly. Torrents of drifts must be endured. A person spends half of a single day in a building. An evacuation place that the person can reach most quickly and is close to the person is in the building. An evacuation room 1 integrated using a column, beam and wall, and slab 8 of a structural frame is provided in a strong building. The evacuation room does not float even under water, is not flowed, avoids direct collision with drifts, and can avoid being fallen down. The evacuation room secures the volume of a required air amount corresponding to a submergence duration time of a tsunami, which enables a person to be alive even in the case of being under water of the tsunami.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】南海トラフ巨大地震による津波は、5分で到達し10mの高さである。避難所まで逃げる時間猶予がない。急襲する津波、洪水、高潮対策として避難部屋を有する建築建造物を提供する。【解決手段】津波に呑み込まれても助かる方法は、嵐の中の転覆船の生存者にヒントがある。水中でも生存できる上に凸の避難構造体を造ることである。急襲する津波には一刻の猶予もない。漂流物の激流に耐えなくてはならない。人は、1日のうち、半分を建物の中で過ごしている。最も速く、身近な避難場所は建物内である。そこで、堅固な建物の中に構造骨組みの柱、梁や壁、スラブ8を利用し、一体化した避難部屋1を設けることで、水中でも浮き上がらず、流されず、漂流物の直接衝突を避け、転倒も免れることができ、津波の水没継続時間に対する必要空気量の容積分を確保することで、津波で水中となっても生存できる。【選択図】図16
