ADDITIVE FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH PERFORMANCE CEMENT
To provide an additive for manufacturing high performance cement obtained using conventional pulverization assistant in a pulverizing process in cement manufacturing, solving 3 problems: 1) pulverization efficiency is not enough; 2) unstable air bubble is generated and air amount is increased when a cement cured body is manufactured by milling with water, compression strength of a cured body is low; 3) shrinkage of the cured body is large and there are many cracks, at same time.SOLUTION: A one packed type additive for manufacturing high performance cement containing a mixed component consisting of 4 components; specific alkyl ether as an A component, specific alkanol amine as a B component, a specific water soluble vinyl copolymer as a C component, and a specific polyol as a D component at a specific ratio for adding a plurality of functions to cement by adding and containing a small amount of additive when cement clinker is pulverized.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメント製造の粉砕工程において従来の粉砕助剤を用いて得られるセメントは、１）粉砕効率が充分でない、２）水で練り混ぜてセメント硬化体を製造する際に不安定な気泡が発生して空気量が増加するため硬化体の圧縮強度が低い、３）硬化体の収縮が大きくひび割れが多い、かかる三つの問題を同時に解決する高性能セメント製造用添加剤を提供する。【解決手段】セメントクリンカーを粉砕する際に特定の添加剤を少量添加し含有させて、複数の機能をセメントに付与する目的で、Ａ成分として特定のアルキルエーテルとＢ成分として特定のアルカノールアミンとＣ成分として特定の水溶性ビニル共重合体とＤ成分として特定のポリオールの４成分からなる混合成分を特定割合で含有する一液タイプの高性能セメント製造用添加剤を用いた。【選択図】なし
