To provide a shaping fuel having high strength, environmentally friendly, and capable of reducing a pelletizing cost, and to provide a method for producing the same, and a method for baking limestone.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a shaping fuel, comprising a carbon material and a binder, wherein: the content ratio of carbon in the carbon material is 60 mass% or more based on a dried state; and in a state before reaction, the binder mainly comprises calcium oxide, has an average particle diameter of 15 μm or less, and has a powdering rate of 30% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】強度が高く、更に、環境に優しく造粒費用を低減させることが可能な成形燃料、その製造方法、及び石灰石の焼成方法を提供する。【解決手段】炭素原料と結合材とを含有する成形燃料であって、前記炭素原料は炭素の含有率が乾燥基準で６０質量％以上であり、前記結合材は反応前の状態で、酸化カルシウムを主成分とし、平均粒子径が１５μｍ以下であり、粉化率が３０％以下であることを特徴とする成形燃料である。【選択図】なし
