METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INJECTING CHEMICAL SOLUTION
To provide a chemical solution injecting device that can exert a function as a valve for injecting chemical solution, does not interfere with a borehole inner wall surface, can exert a function as a long-term valve, and does not break even though grout material in which particles are suspended is used; and to provide a chemical solution injecting method using the device.SOLUTION: The chemical solution injecting device includes an outer pipe 1 and an injection inner pipe. A circumferential groove 1A is formed in the outer pipe 1, and two hollow, cylindrical elastic members 1C1 and 1C2 are fitted, in a laminated manner, into the groove 1A in which an injection port 1B is formed. The depth of the groove 1A is set so that the elastic members 1C1 and 1C2 do not protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe 1. When the chemical solution injecting device is placed and an injection chemical solution is discharged from the injection port 1B in chemical solution injection, the elastic members deform to discharge the chemical solution outward in a radial direction and this causes a flow channel for injecting the chemical solution into the ground to be formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】薬液注入用の弁として機能を発揮出来、ボーリング孔内壁面に干渉せず、長期間弁として機能を発揮出来、しかも粒子が懸濁しているグラウト材を使用しても破損しない薬液注入装置と、当該装置を用いた薬液注入方法の提供。【解決手段】外管1と注入内管を備え、外管1には円周方向の溝1Aが形成され、注入口1Bが形成された溝1Aには2本の中空円筒形状弾性部材1C1、1C2が積層して嵌合し、溝1Aの深さは、前記弾性部材1C1、1C2が外管1の外周面から突出しない深さに設定される薬液注入装置を配置し、薬液注入に際して、注入口1Bから注入薬液が吐出される際に、前記弾性部材が変形して薬液を半径方向外方に吐出して地盤中に注入する流路が形成される。【選択図】図2
