MOORING STRUCTURE AND MOORING METHOD FOR POLLUTION CONTROL FENCE
To be able to economically carry out the mooring and removal work of a pollution control fence in a short time, and to install a pollution control fence at the site where the boundary normal exists without breaking water restrictions.SOLUTION: One or more mooring devices 30 in the form of loops are used. By pushing the mooring device 30 connected to a pollution control fence 20 offshore, the pollution control fence 20 is positioned at a fixed position and moored. By pulling the mooring device 30 to the land side, the pollution control fence is removed. A mooring device 30 interposed between the pollution control fence 20 and a stationary object 10 elastically moors the pollution control fence 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汚濁防止用フェンスの係留作業と撤去作業を短時間のうちに経済的に行えると共に、境界法線が存在する現場でも水域制約を犯すことなく汚濁防止用フェンスを設置できこと。【解決手段】ループ状を呈する単数または複数の係留装置３０を使用し、汚濁防止用フェンス２０に接続した係留装置３０を沖側へ押し出すことで汚濁防止用フェンス２０を定位置に位置決めして係留し、係留装置３０を陸側に引き寄せることで汚濁防止用フェンスを撤去する。汚濁防止用フェンス２０と静止物１０の間に介装した係留装置３０が汚濁防止用フェンス２０を弾力的に係留する。【選択図】図１
