To provide a push-pull mechanism that is allowed to operate satisfactorily and a lid opening/closing device provided with the same.SOLUTION: In a push-pull mechanism, an inner end portion 42J inside of a radial direction of a first inclined cam surface 42F1 and a second inclined cam surface 42F2 is arranged in a push-in direction (inner side of a vehicle width direction) with respect to an outer end portion 42K outside of the radial direction. Therefore, when a sliding surface 46A1 of a cam follower 46 abuts against the first inclined cam surface 42F1 (the second inclined cam surface 42F2), the sliding surface 46A1 abuts against the inner end portion 42J of the first inclined cam surface 42F1 (the second inclined cam surface 42F2). Thus, a slider 46A is slid in a good manner on the first inclined cam surface 42F1 (the second inclined cam surface 42F2), and the cam follower 46 can be favorably rotated to one side in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
