METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING LAMINATED STRUCTURE
To provide a method for constructing a laminated structure constructing a laminated structure by discharging material from a discharge nozzle so as to be laminated, and further capable of resisting tensile strength by applying pre-stress to the laminated structure.SOLUTION: While discharging material (mortar) for creating a laminated structure (wall type structure) from a discharge nozzle 10, the nozzle 10 is moved by a movement apparatus 20, the discharge amount of the material from the discharge nozzle 10 and the movement of the discharge nozzle 10 are controlled by a controller 30, and the material is laminated in a layer state. Then, a tendon (PC steel rod) is arranged so as to go through the material made into a laminated state, and pre-stress is applied to the tendon after the curing of the material. For the application of the pre-stress, after the application of tension to the tendon, tension force is released. In this way, the pre-stress is applied to the laminated structure, and it is allowed to resist tensile force generated, e.g., by an earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 吐出ノズルから材料を吐出させて積層することにより積層構造物を構築するとともに、積層構造物にプレストレスを与えることで、引張力に抵抗することが可能な積層構造物の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】 吐出ノズル１０から積層構造物（壁式構造物）を作成するための材料（モルタル）を吐出しながら、移動装置２０により吐出ノズル１０を移動させ、吐出ノズル１０からの材料の吐出量及び吐出ノズル１０の移動を制御装置３０により制御して、材料を層状に積層する。そして、層状となった材料を縦断するよう緊張材（ＰＣ鋼棒）を配設して、材料が硬化した後に当該緊張材にプレストレスを与える。プレストレスを与えるには、緊張材にテンションを加えた後に、緊張力を解放する。これにより、積層構造物にプレストレスを与え、地震などで生じる引張力に抵抗させる。【選択図】図１
