FIRE-RESISTANCE COATING MATERIAL FOR PENETRATION PART
To provide a fire-resistance coating material for a penetration part which can easily and fire-resistantly coat the penetration part at a low cost by accurately and inexpensively forming the fire-resistance coating material which is installed in the penetration part of a wooden building, and functions as a fire stop layer.SOLUTION: A fire-resistance coating material 10 which is used when arranging a fire-resistantly coated penetration part 11 to a fire-resistance beam 20 being a fire-resistance structure material constituting a wooden building is formed into a cylindrical shape by integrally joining a plurality of gypsum board pieces 13a composed of a gypsum board 13 in a state of being laminated in a thickness direction. The fire-resistance coating material 10 for the penetration part is formed into a cylindrical shape by fixing a plurality of the preferably-annular gypsum board pieces 13a which are cut from the commercially-available gypsum board 13 having a thickness of 9.5 mm to 25.5 mm to one another by preferably using a fastening metal fitting such as a staple 14 in a state of being laminated in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木造建築物の貫通部に設置されて燃え止まり層として機能する耐火被覆材を、精度良く且つ安価に形成して、貫通部を簡易に且つ低コストで耐火被覆できる貫通部用耐火被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】木造建築物を構成する耐火構造材である耐火梁20に、耐火被覆された貫通部11を設ける際に用いる貫通部用耐火被覆材10であって、石膏ボード13からなる複数の石膏ボード片13aを、厚さ方向に積層した状態で接合一体化することにより筒状に形成されている。貫通部用耐火被覆材10は、厚さが9.5mm〜25.5mmの市販の石膏ボード13から切り出された複数の好ましくは環状の石膏ボード片13aを、好ましくはステープル14等の留め金具を用いて互いに固定することにより、厚さ方向に積層した状態で接合一体化して筒状に形成される。【選択図】図2
