FIRE-RESISTANCE COATING STRUCTURE OF PENETRATION PART
To provide a fire-resistance coating structure of a penetration part which can easily arrange a cylindrical fire-resistance coating material attached to the penetration part as a fire stop layer at a low cost by accurately and inexpensively forming the cylindrical fire-resistance coating material.SOLUTION: A fire-resistance coating structure for fire-resistantly coating a penetration part 11 which is formed at a fire-resistance beam 20 of a wooden building covers an internal peripheral face of the penetration hole 11. A cylindrical fire-resistance coating material 12 is attached to the penetration part 11. The cylindrical fire-resistance coating material 12 is formed by integrally joining a plurality of gypsum board pieces 13a which are cut from a commercially-available gypsum board 13 having a thickness of 9.5 mm to 25.5 mm in a state of being laminated in a thickness direction. The cylindrical fire-resistance coating material 12 is inserted into the penetration part 11 and attached thereto in a state that joining parts 15 of the gypsum board pieces 13a which adjoin each other in a lamination direction are arranged in a boundary part 23 between a structure member 21 and a coating material 22 of the fire-resistance beam 20, or in a portion approximate to the boundary part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】貫通部に燃え止まり層として取り付けられる筒状耐火被覆材を、精度良く安価に形成できるようにして、簡易に且つ低コストで設けることのできる貫通部の耐火被覆構造を提供する。【解決手段】木造建築物の耐火梁20に形成された貫通部11を耐火被覆する耐火被覆構造であって、貫通部11の内周面を覆って、筒状耐火被覆材12が、貫通部11に取り付けられている。筒状耐火被覆材12は、厚さが9.5mm〜25.5mmの市販の石膏ボード13から切り出された複数の石膏ボード片13aを、厚さ方向に積層した状態で接合一体化することにより形成される。筒状耐火被覆材12は、積層方向に隣接する石膏ボード片13aの接合部15を、耐火梁20の構造用部材21と被覆部材22との境目部23、又は境目部23と近接する部分に各々配置した状態で、貫通部11に挿通されて取り付けられている。【選択図】図2
