To provide a joint metal fitting which can improve the strength and reduce the manufacturing cost, and a building structure using the same.SOLUTION: A joint metal fitting 1 joins a column member 50 made of shaped steel such as a square steel pipe used for a building of a steel frame structure and a foundation 60 made of concrete, and it comprises a top plate 2 joined to a lower end 50a of the column member 50, a base plate 3 joined to an upper end 60a of the foundation 60, and a connecting portion 4 formed by connecting the top plate 2 and the base plate 3 so that the cross section has a cross shape, in which the top plate 2, the base plate 3, and the connecting portion 4 are integrally formed by casting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】強度の向上を図るとともに、製造費を低減できる接合金具及びそれを用いてなる建物構造を提供する。【解決手段】接合金具１は、鉄骨構造の建物に使用される角形鋼管等の形鋼からなる柱材５０と、コンクリートからなる基礎６０と、を接合するものであって、柱材５０の下端部５０ａに接合されるトッププレート２と、基礎６０の上端部６０ａに接合されるベースプレート３と、トッププレート２とベースプレート３とを連結し、横断面が十字形状となるように形成された連結部４と、を備え、トッププレート２、ベースプレート３、及び連結部４は、鋳造により一体形成される。【選択図】図６
