To provide a joint metal fitting which can improve the strength and reduce the manufacturing cost, and a building structure using the same.SOLUTION: A joint metal fitting 1 joins a column member 50 made of shaped steel such as a square steel pipe used for a building of a steel frame structure and a foundation 60 made of concrete, and it comprises a top plate 2 joined to a lower end 50a of the column member 50, a base plate 3 joined to an upper end 60a of the foundation 60, and a connecting portion 4 formed by connecting the top plate 2 and the base plate 3 so that the cross section has a cross shape, in which the top plate 2, the base plate 3, and the connecting portion 4 are integrally formed by casting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
