CARRIAGE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MECHANICAL PARKING FACILITY AND MECHANICAL PARKING FACILITY EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
To provide a carriage control system which prevents the carriage from moving when an object is present on the carriage without a pallet on the carriage.SOLUTION: A carriage control system in this invention comprises: an object detection sensor which detects objects being present inside marginal parts in both a width direction and a length direction of a carriage; and pallet presence-determining means which determines whether a pallet is present on the carriage or not. The object detection sensor is configured to move together with the carriage, in which the operation of the carriage is stopped when the pallet presence-determining means determines that the aforesaid pallet is not present on the carriage and the object detection sensor detects that an object on the carriage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 搬器上にパレットが無い状態において搬器上に物体があると搬器を動作させない搬器制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】 搬器上における幅方向及び長さ方向の縁部より内側の物体を検知する物体検知センサと、搬器上におけるパレットの有無を判定するパレット有無判定手段と、を備え、物体検知センサは、搬器と一緒に移動するように構成され、パレット有無判定手段が搬器上に前記パレットが無いと判定し、物体検知センサが搬器上に物体を検知することで搬器を動作停止させるように構成されている。【選択図】 図2
