To provide a charging system of a mechanical parking facility prevented in malfunction due to freezing of water attached to a power-receiving side contact and a transmission side contact, and a mechanical parking facility equipped therewith.SOLUTION: A charging system is attached to a mechanical parking facility for transporting a pallet loaded with an electric vehicle and storing on a parking shelf, and has a power reception device 62 provided to a pallet 20 and having multiple power receiving side contacts 73, and a power transmission device 61 having multiple power transmitting side contacts 86 coming into contact with multiple power receiving side contacts 73, by storing the pallet 20 at a prescribed position of the parking shelf, and transmitting AC power from the power transmitting side contact 86 to the power receiving side contacts 73, and a radiation type heater (infrared ray heater 206) heating by heat radiating the multiple power receiving contacts 73, when the pallet 20 is stored at a prescribed position of the parking shelf.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】 受電側接点や送電側接点に付着した水が凍ることによる動作不良を防止することができる機械式駐車設備の充電システムおよびこれを備えた機械式駐車設備を提供する。【解決手段】 電気車両を搭載したパレットを搬送して駐車棚に格納する機械式駐車設備に付設される充電システムであって、パレット２０に設けられ、複数の受電側接点７３を有する受電装置６２と、駐車棚に設けられ、パレット２０が駐車棚の所定位置に格納されることにより複数の受電側接点７３と接触する複数の送電側接点８６を有し、交流電力を送電側接点８６から受電側接点７３へ送電する送電装置６１と、駐車棚に設けられ、パレット２０が駐車棚の所定位置に格納されているときに複数の受電側接点７３を熱輻射によって加熱する輻射式ヒータ（赤外線ヒータ２０６）と、を備えている。【選択図】 図９
