METHOD FOR PRODUCING SLAKED LIME
To provide a method for producing a slaked lime, capable of using a reaction heat of an unslaked lime effectively.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a system 1A for producing a slaked lime by adding water to an unslaked lime, and by then slaking and aging the resultant product in a slaking apparatus 4 and an aging apparatus 6, wherein: steam generated after removing dusts by a dust collector 7 provided in the aging apparatus 6 is introduced into a heat exchanger 11 through a fan 10; air is introduced into the heat exchanger 11 by the fan 12 as air for exchanging heat with the steam; and the air heated through the heat exchange with the steam in the heat exchanger 11 is partially sent to a slaked lime-storing tank 8 provided in a later stage of the aging apparatus 6 to dry the slaked lime.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生石灰の反応熱を有効に利用することができる消石灰の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】生石灰に水を加えて消化機４および熟成機６で消化・熟成させることにより消石灰を製造する消石灰の製造システム１Ａにおいて、熟成機６に付設された集塵器７で粉塵が除去された後の水蒸気をファン１０を介して熱交換器１１に導入するとともに、水蒸気と熱交換する空気としてファン１２により大気を熱交換器１１に導入し、熱交換器１１において水蒸気との熱交換により昇温された空気の一部を、熟成機６の後段に設置した消石灰貯留槽８内に送り込んで消石灰を乾燥するものとする。【選択図】図１
