METHOD FOR PROCESSING PILE HEAD
To provide a method for processing a pile head that brings a horizontally broken pile head extra-fill part into a shape and dimensions that can be carried immediately by dividing the pile head extra-fill part into pieces.SOLUTION: The method for processing a pile head includes drilling a plurality of shot holes 50 to 54 vertically from the top surface of a horizontally broken pile head extra-fill part 21, loading the plurality of shot holes 50 to 54 with a propellant 40, and crushing the pile head extra-fill part 21 into pieces by means of a dynamic demolition agent in the propellant. The plurality of shot holes 50 to 54 are a vertical shot hole 50 provided in the center of a pile cross-section of the pile head extra-fill part 21, and at least three vertical shot holes provided at regular intervals on a circle concentric with respect to the center of the pile cross-section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】水平破断した杭頭余盛部を小割にして場外にそのまま搬出可能な形状・寸法にする杭頭処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】水平破断された杭頭余盛部２１の上面から複数の装薬孔５０〜５４を縦方向に削孔し、複数の装薬孔５０〜５４に装薬材４０を装填し、装薬材内の動的破砕剤により杭頭余盛部２１を小割破砕する。複数の装薬孔５０〜５４は、杭頭余盛部２１の杭断面中心に設けられた縦方向の装薬孔５０、および、杭断面中心を中心とした同一円周上に等間隔に設けられた少なくとも３つの縦方向の装薬孔である。【選択図】図４
