To stably suppress a discharge amount of heavy metal to a low level while collecting the heavy metal without using an adsorbent.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas-treating device includes: a cement firing furnace configured such that a cement raw material is calcinated to produce cement clinker; a cooler configured such that a gas generated inside the cement firing furnace during the calcination is cooled; and collecting means configured such that particulate matters adhered to a surface of the cooler is collected together with a heavy metal in a gas, with the cooling of the gas by the cooler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本開示は、吸着材を用いることなく重金属を回収して、重金属の排出量を安定的に低水準に抑制することを課題とする。【解決手段】排ガス処理装置は、セメント原料を焼成してセメントクリンカを製造するように構成されたセメント焼成炉と、焼成により前記セメント焼成炉の内部で発生したガスを冷却するように構成された冷却機と、前記ガスの前記冷却機による冷却に伴い、前記ガス中の重金属と共に前記冷却機の表面に付着した粉粒体を回収するように構成された回収手段とを備える。【選択図】図１
