To ensure high safety by suppressing the lowering of the opening/closing body due to the dead weight, and to urge the repair of the opening operation failure of the opening/closing body to the user.SOLUTION: A control device, as an opening drive control unit, opens a back door as an opening/closing body provided in a vehicle by controlling the operation of a drive device. Also, the control device, as a detection unit for detecting a drop due to the dead weight, detects that the back door opened upward is in a state of being lowered by its dead weight (step 201: YES). Further, the control device as the braking force applying unit applies a braking force to the back door in which the drop due to its dead weight is detected (step 205). Then, the control device as the open drive prohibition unit prohibits the open drive by the drive device for the back door in which the drop due to its dead weight is detected (step 204).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】自重による開閉体の降下を抑えて高い安全性を確保するとともに、その開閉体に生じた開作動不良の修理を利用者に促す。【解決手段】開駆動制御部としての制御装置は、駆動装置の作動を制御することにより車両に設けられた開閉体としてのバックドアを上方に開作動させる。また、自重降下検出部としての制御装置は、上方に開作動したバックドアが自重により降下する状態にあることを検出する（ステップ２０１：ＹＥＳ）。更に、制動力付与部としての制御装置は、その自重による降下が検出されたバックドアに対して制動力を付与する（ステップ２０５）。そして、開駆動禁止部としての制御装置は、この自重による降下が検出されたバックドアについて、その駆動装置による開駆動を禁止する（ステップ２０４）。【選択図】図３
