To allow the carrying-in/out of parts and materials without using a large crane.SOLUTION: A carry-in/out method includes: a support step of supporting, with lifting equipment 14, an existing superstructure member 12 in a prescribed span part region within the same span of a bridge 100; a separation step of separating the existing superstructure member 12, supported by the lifting equipment 14, from the bridge 100; a placing step of placing an object 90 to be transported on the existing superstructure member 12 separated in the separating step; a lifting step of lifting the existing superstructure member 12, on which the object 90 to be transported is placed in the placing step, by the lifting equipment 14; and a carry-out step of carrying out the object 90 to be transported from the top of the existing superstructure member 12 lifted in the lifting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
