SEALING PLUG
To provide a sealing plug which is optimal for constructing a branch joint used for adding a pipe.SOLUTION: A sealing plug 1 is used in a branch joint 100 including: an upstream side connection port part 101 for connecting with a screw 200 for a water tap; a downstream side connection port part 102 for connecting the water tap; and a branch side connection port part 103 for connecting a branch side pipe P. The sealing plug 1 includes: a connection part 10 which is detachably attached to the downstream side connection port part 102; and a sealing part (a sealing corresponding part 11, a packing 2, and an O ring 3) which may be inserted into/removed from an opening of the downstream side connection port part 102 and seals the upstream side connection port part 101 from the side of the downstream side connection port part 102 in the branch joint 100 to prevent movement of water from the upstream side connection port part 101 to the downstream side connection port part 102 and the branch side connection port part 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 配管を増設するために用いられる分岐継手の施工に最適な封止プラグを提供すること。【解決手段】 封止プラグ１は、給水栓用ねじ２００に接続するための上流側接続口部１０１と、給水栓を接続するための下流側接続口部１０２と、分岐側のパイプＰを接続するための分岐側接続口部１０３とを備えた分岐継手１００に用いられる。封止プラグ１は、下流側接続口部１０２に対して着脱可能な連結部１０と、下流側接続口部１０２の開口から挿抜可能であって、分岐継手１００の内部において上流側接続口部１０１を下流側接続口部１０２の側から封止して、上流側接続口部１０１から下流側接続口部１０２及び分岐側接続口部１０３への水の移動を阻止する封止部（封止対応部１１、パッキン２及びＯリング３）とを備えている。【選択図】 図１
