To provide a seismically isolated structure which has more sophisticated seismic isolation performance and which is adaptable to larger earthquake vibration.SOLUTION: A seismically isolated structure A comprises: a core part 1, and a building main part 2 adjacent to the core part 1; a multilayer seismically isolated structure composed of base seismically isolated layer 3 provided below the core part 1 and the building main part 2 and an intermediate seismically isolated layer 4 provided at an intermediate part of the building main part 2; and a connection seismically isolated structure formed by connecting the core part 1 and the building main part 2 to each other by a connection seismically isolating device 5. The core part 1 higher than the intermediate seismically isolated layer 4 is integrated with the building main part 2, and a podium frame 2a of the building main part 2 lower than the intermediate seismically isolated layer 4 is connected to the core part 1 by the connection seismically isolating device 5. When the total attenuation amount of the intermediate seismically isolated layer 4 and the vibration control device installed in the connection seismically isolated structure is defined as c, the attenuation amount of the connection seismically isolated structure is equal to or greater than 0.3×c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
