To provide a seismically isolated structure having a core portion penetrating all layers, having high performance vibration isolation performance and enabling the total area of a building to be effectively secured.SOLUTION: The seismically isolated structure comprises: a core portion 1 and a building main portion 2 adjacent to the core portion; multilayer seismically isolated structure having a foundation vibration isolation layer 3 provided below the core portion and the building main portion and an intermediate vibration isolation layer 4 provided in an intermediate portion of the building main portion; a core portion above the intermediate vibration isolation layer; and an upper frame 2a above the intermediate vibration isolation layer in the main portion of the building. The multilayer seismically isolated structure, the core portion above the intermediate vibration isolation layer and the upper frame 2a are integrally formed, a core portion lower than the intermediate vibration isolation layer and a podium frame 2a lower than the intermediate vibration isolation layer in the main portion of the building are independently constituted, and the podium frame and the upper frame are constituted of different building applications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
