To provide a ceramic decorative sheet having a substrate undercoating layer by conducting graining with suppressing fuzz of a substrate, and an overcoating layer enhancing woody feeling, and having excellent incombustible performance, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a ceramic decorative sheet for forming a sealer layer, an undercoating layer, a coloring layer, a printing layer and an overcoating layer on a surface of at least one side of a ceramic substrate in this order, in which the undercoating layer is formed by roughly polishing a surface by applying and curing an undercoating coating so that many stripes is made along a longer direction of the ceramic substrate, and the overcoating layer is formed by applying a clear coating containing a resin bead and synthetic silica with a flow coater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基板の毛羽立ちを抑えたスジ加工を施した下地下塗り層と木質感を向上させた上塗り層を備え、かつ、優れた不燃性能を有する窯業系化粧板およびその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】窯業系基板の少なくとも片側の表面に、シーラー層、下塗り層、着色層、印刷層および上塗り層をこの順で形成する窯業系化粧板の製造方法であって、前記下塗り層は、下塗り塗料を塗布して硬化させた表面を前記窯業系基板の長手方向に沿って無数のスジがつくよう粗く研磨して形成し、前記上塗り層は、樹脂ビーズおよび合成シリカを含有するクリア塗料をフローコーターで塗布して形成する。【選択図】図１
