DECORATIVE SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a synchronized embossment decorative sheet in which a printed pattern and an embossment pattern match with high precision, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet having a transparent embossment resin layer 3 having a pitch shaped embossment pattern on a surface of a transparent synthetic resin substrate sheet 2, and having an inkjet printed pattern layer 5 synchronized with the pitch shaped embossment patter on a back surface of the substrate sheet. There is provided a manufacturing method of the decorative sheet for extruding a molten transparent synthetic resin to a surface of the transparent synthetic resin substrate sheet 2 and crimping the same to an embossment roll to form the embossment pattern, then printing a pattern layer on the back surface of the substrate sheet by using an inkjet printer, in which pitch of the embossment pattern is continuously measured, and printing is conducted while pitch of the ink jet printed pattern layer 5 is adjusted to be equal to the measured value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明の解決しようとする課題は、印刷絵柄と、エンボス柄とが高い精度で合致した同調エンボス化粧シートおよびその製造方法を提案するものである。【解決手段】透明な合成樹脂基材シート２の表面に、ピッチ状のエンボス模様を有する透明なエンボス樹脂層３を有し、前記基材シートの裏面に前記ピッチ状のエンボス模様に同調したインクジェット印刷絵柄層５を有することを特徴とする化粧シートである。また、透明な合成樹脂基材シート２の表面に、溶融した透明な合成樹脂を押し出すと同時にエンボスロールに圧着してエンボス模様を賦型した後、基材シートの裏面にインクジェット印刷機を用いて絵柄層を印刷する化粧シートの製造方法において、前記エンボス模様のピッチを連続的に測定し、この測定値に対して、インクジェット印刷絵柄層５のピッチが等しくなるように調節しながら印刷することを特徴とする化粧シートの製造方法である。【選択図】図１
