To provide a manufacturing method of a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having reworkability.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a decorative sheet 1 includes: a foaming step of including air bubbles into a liquid resin composition; a coating step of coating one side of a detachable base material sheet 14 with the resin composition containing the air bubbles; a desiccation step of at least heating and desiccating the resin composition coated on the detachable base material sheet 14 to form an adhesive layer 13; and a laminate step of laminating a base material 11 and a resin layer 12 being a surface layer sheet which serves as a surface after adhesion onto the adhesive layer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
