To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet capable of imparting antiviral properties, or in addition, another functionality to an article, while maintaining an original ornamental design of an adherend, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet includes: an extensible film layer 20 having transparency; an adhesive layer 30 formed on one side of the extensible film layer 20; and a releasable sheet 40 formed on a side opposite to the extensible film layer 20 of the adhesive layer 30. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet further includes: a surface protective layer 80 on the other side of the extensible film layer 20. The surface protective layer 80 includes, in addition to an antiviral agent, at least one of a thermosetting resin, an ultraviolet-curable resin or an electron ray curable resin. An addition amount of the antiviral agent to the surface protective layer 80 is 0.2 to 20 mass%. An average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is 1 to 10 μm. Furthermore, a plurality of groove parts 90 may be formed on the side opposite to the film layer 20 of the adhesive layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】貼り付け対象の元の意匠を保持しながら、物品に抗ウイルス性、或いはそれに加えて他の機能性も付与する粘着シート、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】透明性を有する伸展性フィルム層２０と、伸展性フィルム層２０の一方の面側に形成された粘着剤層３０と、粘着剤層３０の伸展性フィルム層２０と反対の面側に形成された剥離性シート４０とを有し、伸展性フィルム層２０の他方の面側に表面保護層８０を有し、表面保護層８０は抗ウイルス剤に加え、熱硬化性樹脂、紫外線硬化型樹脂又は電子線硬化型樹脂のうち少なくとも一種を含み、表面保護層８０に対する抗ウイルス剤の添加量は、０．２質量％以上２０質量％以下であり、抗ウイルス剤の平均粒径は、１μｍ以上１０μｍ以下である。また、粘着剤層３０のフィルム層２０と反対の面側に形成された複数の溝部９０を備えても良い。【選択図】図１
