VIBRATION RESISTANCE REINFORCING VIBRATION ISOLATION DEVICE OF BUILDING
To provide a vibration resistance reinforcing vibration isolation device having a spring force generated by a viscous elastic body, and having an attenuation function for vibration by a hydraulic damper.SOLUTION: A vibration resistance reinforcing vibration isolation device 1 comprises a hydraulic damper 2, and a spring member 3 assembled to the hydraulic damper. A cylinder 4 of the hydraulic damper 2 is connected to a horizontal structural member or a column material, and a piston rod 5 is connected to the column material or the horizontal structural member. The spring member 3 comprises: a first support member 7 supported to an external periphery of the cylinder 4 by prescribed friction resistance; a second support member 8 fixed to the piston rod 5, and engaged with the first support member 7 so as to be relatively displaceable to an axial line direction within a prescribed range; and a viscous elastic body 9 interposed between both the support members 7, 8. The viscous elastic body 9 receives a shearing load by the relative displacement between the support members 7, 8. When the relative displacement between the first and second support members 7, 8 exceeds the prescribed range, the first support member 7 is relatively displaced to the cylinder 4 within the prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
