PRODUCTION METHOD OF CERAMIC SINTERED BODY

To produce a ceramic sintered body that has no defects such as chips and has a desired thickness and material quality without using a high difficulty metal mold.SOLUTION: In the present production method, a resin sheet 12 containing a thermoplastic resin is attached to one side of a ceramic green sheet 10. The ceramic green sheet 10 is defatted by heating the ceramic green sheet 10 to fire the resin sheet 12, and thereby the ceramic green sheet 10 is deformed (bent) from its original shape. A deformed ceramic sintered body 20 is then produced by firing the ceramic green sheet 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】難易度の高い金型を用いずに、欠け等の欠陥がなく、且つ所望厚み、所望材質のセラミック焼結体を製造する。【解決手段】本製造方法では、セラミックグリーンシート１０の片面に、熱可塑性樹脂を含む樹脂シート１２を貼り付ける。そして、このセラミックグリーンシート１０を加熱して樹脂シート１２を燃焼することによって、セラミックグリーンシート１０を脱脂する。すると、セラミックグリーンシート１０は元の形状から変形（湾曲）する。その後、セラミックグリーンシート１０を焼成すると、変形したセラミック焼結体２０が製造される。【選択図】図２
