To provide a soil material, a manufacturing method of a soil material and a ground construction method having prescribed strength and water shielding property without using dredge soil.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a soil material mixes volcanic ash soil, water and steel slag while adjusting moisture content of the volcanic ash soil and the water at the time of mixing to 40 to 60 wt%, in which an uniaxial compressive strength 28 days after mixing is equal to or larger than 50kN/m, and a water permeability coefficient 91 days after mixing is equal to or smaller than 1.0×10m/s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】浚渫土を使用せずに所定の強度と遮水性能とを有する土質材料、土質材料の製造方法および地盤造成方法を提供する。【解決手段】この土質材料の製造方法は、火山灰土と水と製鋼スラグとを混合し、前記火山灰土と前記水との混合時の含水比を40〜60重量%に調整し、前記混合28日後の一軸圧縮強さが50kN/m2以上であり、前記混合91日後の透水係数が1.0×10-7m/s以下である。【選択図】図1
