CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF COLUMN BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE AND COLUMN BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE
To provide a construction method of a column beam joint structure and a column beam joint structure capable of joining and fixing PCa beams together at a PCa column beam joining part from two or four directions.SOLUTION: In a construction method of this column beam joint structure is a method to construct a column beam joint structure by joining PCa beams together at a PCa column beam joining part, a mechanical filling joint 15 is previously embedded in a central part in the horizontal direction in a column beam joining part 11; insertion holes 16, 17 extending in the horizontal direction are formed on both sides of a filling joint; a beam main reinforcement 12a projecting from an end part of a beam is inserted into the insertion hole, and a tip part thereof is arranged in the filling joint; a beam main reinforcement 13a projecting from the end part of the other beam is inserted into the other insertion hole, and a tip part thereof is arranged in the filling joint; next, a filler is injected and filled into the filling joint to join the beam major bars in the filling joint at the central part of the column beam joining part; then, the filler is injected and filled into the filling joint to join the beam main reinforcement in the filling joint at the central part of the column beam joint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】PCa梁同士を2または4方向からPCa柱梁接合部で接合し定着させることのできる柱梁接合構造の構築工法および柱梁接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】この柱梁接合構造の構築工法は、PCa梁同士をPCa柱梁接合部において接合することで柱梁接合構造を構築する工法であって、柱梁接合部11において水平方向の中央部分に機械式充填継ぎ手15を予め埋め込むとともに、充填継ぎ手の両側に水平方向に延びる挿入孔16,17を形成しておき、梁の端部から突き出た梁主筋12aを挿入孔に挿入し、その先端部分を充填継ぎ手内に配置し、他方の梁の端部から突き出た梁主筋13aをもう一方の挿入孔に挿入し、その先端部分を充填継ぎ手内に配置し、次に、柱梁接合部の中央部分の充填継ぎ手内で梁主筋同士を接合するために充填継ぎ手内に充填材を注入して充填し、次に、梁主筋を挿入孔内に定着させるために充填材を充填継ぎ手内にさらに注入して挿入孔内に充填する。【選択図】図2
