COLUMN-BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR COLUMN-BEAM JOINT STRUCTURE
To provide a column-beam joint structure that easily joints a steel beam and a steel column by using a general member without performing special processing, and a construction method using the column-beam joint structure.SOLUTION: A column-beam joint structure 1 is the structure that joints a panel zone 22 jointed to a column part 21 formed by a rectangular steel tube and a steel beam 3 constituted to fix a tabular end plate 31 at a longitudinal edge of a long beam part 32 formed with shaped steel. The column-beam joint structure comprises a joint metal fixture 4 that is formed by fixing bolt heads 41a of first bolts 41 penetrating the panel zone 22 and the end plate 31 to joint them and one end part of second bolts 42 having longer bolt axes than the first bolts 41 in an axial direction onto the plate surface of a tabular fixed plate 43 in non-rotatable manner, and that is inserted to a hollow part S of the panel zone 22. The second bolts 42 protrude bolt axes 42a from positions avoiding the end plate 31 to outsides of the hollow part S, and screw first nuts 5 to the bolt axes 42a protruded from the panel zone 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 特殊な加工を施さず、一般的な部材を使用して容易に鉄骨梁と鉄骨柱とを接合する柱梁接合構造及び柱梁接合構造を用いた施工方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 柱梁接合構造1は、角形鋼管で形成された柱部21に接合されたパネルゾーン22と、形鋼で形成された長尺な梁部32の長手方向の縁端に平板状のエンドプレート31を固定してなる鉄骨梁3と、を接合する構造であって、パネルゾーン22及びエンドプレート31を貫通して接合する第1ボルト41のボルト頭部41a及び、当該第1ボルト41よりもボルト軸が長い第2ボルト42の軸方向の一端部を平板状の固定プレート43の板面に回動不能に固定して形成され、パネルゾーン22の中空部Sに挿入される接合金具4を備え、第2ボルト42は、エンドプレート31を避けた位置から中空部Sの外側へボルト軸42aを突出させるとともに、パネルゾーン22から突出させた当該ボルト軸42aに第1ナット5を螺合される。【選択図】図2
