To provide a cement composition that can be produced easily, and has excellent strength development and small heat of hydration.SOLUTION: A cement composition comprises a normal portland cement clinker ground product in which the content rate of 3CaO AlOis more than 10.5 mass% and 14.0 mass% or less, at least one of gypsum dihydrate and gypsum hemihydrate, II type anhydrous gypsum powder, and one or more kind of inorganic powder selected from among limestone powder, blast furnace slag fine powder, and fly ash. The ratio of SOin total amount of 100 mass% of the normal portland cement clinker ground product and at least one of the gypsum dihydrate and the gypsum hemihydrate is 1.5 to 2.7 mass%. In the cement composition, the ratio of II type anhydrous gypsum powder is 0.6 to 3.5 mass% in terms of SO, and the ratio of inorganic powder is 1.0 to 15.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】容易に製造することができ、強度発現性に優れ、かつ、水和熱の小さいセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】３ＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３の含有率が１０．５質量％を超え、１４．０質量％以下である普通ポルトランドセメントクリンカ粉砕物と、二水石膏及び半水石膏の少なくともいずれか一方と、ＩＩ型無水石膏粉末と、石灰石粉末、高炉スラグ微粉末、及びフライアッシュの中から選ばれる１種以上の無機粉末、を含むセメント組成物であって、普通ポルトランドセメントクリンカ粉砕物と、二水石膏及び半水石膏の少なくともいずれか一方の合計１００質量％中のＳＯ３の割合が１．５〜２．７質量％であり、セメント組成物中、ＩＩ型無水石膏粉末の割合がＳＯ３換算で０．６〜３．５質量％、及び、無機粉末の割合が１．０〜１５．０質量％であるセメント組成物。【選択図】なし
