To provide a shielding device capable of enhancing airtightness.SOLUTION: A shielding device includes: a screen 12 having an end part 12a; a first side plate 22 rotatable in the frontward/backward direction with respect to a base plate 21 extending in the vertical direction; and a second side plate 23 for supporting the end part 12a extending in the vertical direction of the screen 12 in cooperation with the first side plate 22. The first side plate 22 and the second side plate 23 are interlocked and rotating between a closed position which is substantially perpendicular to the base plate 21 and an open position which is substantially horizontal with respect to the base plate 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
