To provide a safety tool capable of reducing degradation of operability of an operation cord.SOLUTION: A safety tool attached to an operation cord hung from a shielding device body installed on a building comprises a supported part. The supported part is configured to be attachable to and removable from an attached body disposed on the building. In a state with the supported part being removed from the attached body, the supported part is supported by the operation cord, while in a state with the supported part being attached to the attached body, the operation cord is operable being exposed from the supported part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】操作コードの操作性が低減することを抑制することができるセーフティツールを提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】建築物に据付される遮蔽装置本体から垂下される操作コードに付設されるセーフティツールであって、被支持部を備え、前記被支持部は、前記建築物に配置される被取付体に、取り付け及び取り外し自在に構成され、前記被支持部が前記被取付体から取り外された状態において、前記被支持部は、前記操作コードに支持され、前記被支持部が前記被取付体に取り付けられた状態において、前記操作コードは、前記被支持部から露出して操作可能となっている、セーフティツールが提供される。【選択図】図１
