REINFORCING METHOD AND REINFORCING STRUCTURE FOR MANHOLE
To provide a reinforcing method and a reinforcing structure for a manhole whose neck part is disposed in a position off the center section of an upper slab, that can perform sufficient reinforcement for stresses that the embedded manhole receives while achieving reduction in operations and material costs related to reinforcement.SOLUTION: A manhole reinforcing method according to the present invention is a method for reinforcing a manhole including a rectangular body part with an upper slab, a sidewall and a lower slab; and a neck part disposed in a position off the center section of the upper slab of the body part. The method includes providing belt-like reinforcements made of reinforced fibers on the upper slab and lower slab without providing the belt-like reinforcements on the sidewall; and fixing, using reinforcing members, the upper and lower sections of the sidewall to the upper slab and the lower slab respectively at the center section of the sidewall in the longitudinal direction of the body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】首部が上床版の中央部からずれた位置に配置されているマンホールについて、補強にかかる稼働および材料費の削減を図りつつ、埋設されたマンホールが受ける応力に対する十分な補強を施すことができる補強方法および補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るマンホールの補強方法は、上床版、側壁及び下床版を備える矩形状の胴部と、前記胴部の前記上床版の中央部からずれた位置に配置される首部と、を備えるマンホールの補強方法であって、前記側壁に強化繊維製の帯状補強材を設けず、前記上床版及び前記下床版に前記帯状補強材を設け、前記側壁における前記胴部の長手方向の中央部において、前記側壁の上部と前記上床版と、及び、前記側壁の下部と前記下床版と、をそれぞれ、補強部材により固定する。【選択図】図３
