PILE, JOINTING METHOD OF PILES AND REMOVAL METHOD OF UPPER PILE
To provide piles which have simples structures and sufficient resistant strength against shearing, whose manufacturing cost is low, and upper sides are easy to be removed after being installed underground, and a jointing method of piles and a removal method of upper piles.SOLUTION: An upper pile 1 is arranged on the top of a lower pile 3, after the lower end part 37 of a long bolt 33 which is penetrated through the upper pile plate 9 provided on the upper pile and the lower pile plate 23 provided on the lower pile 3 is temporarily fixed on a nut 27 provided on the lower pile plate 23, a shear plate 45 is welded and fixed to the upper surface of the lower pile plate 23. The shear plate 45 is in contact with the vicinity of the lower end of the inner side surface of the flange 5 of the upper pile 1. Soil mortar 59 is placed in a groove excavated on the ground 49, and a pile 39 that has jointed the upper pile 1 and the lower pile 3 is built. After the installation of the pile 39, the soil mortar 59 is excavated and the upper pile plate 9 is exposed, the temporary fixing of the long bolt 33 on the nut 27 is released, the upper pile 1 is separated from the lower pile 3, and the upper pile 1 is lifted to the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡易な構造でせん断に対して十分な耐力を有し、製作費が安価であり、地中に設置した後に上側を容易に撤去できる杭、杭の接合方法および上杭の撤去方法を提供すること。【解決手段】下杭3の上に上杭1を配置し、上杭に設けた上杭プレート9および下杭3に設けた下杭プレート23に貫通させた長ボルト33の下端部37を下杭プレート23に設けたナット27に仮固定した後、下杭プレート23の上面にせん断プレート45を溶接して固定する。せん断プレート45は、上杭1のフランジ5の内側面の下端付近に当接する。そして、地盤49に掘削した溝にソイルモルタル59を打設し、上杭1と下杭3とを接合した杭39を建て込む。杭39の打設後、ソイルモルタル59を掘削して上杭プレート9を露出させ、ナット27への長ボルト33の仮固定を解除して上杭1を下杭3から分離し、上杭1を地上に引き上げる。【選択図】図3
