To provide a carriage storage device capable of easily moving a carriage on a pallet to a position beyond a front end of a device.SOLUTION: The carriage storage device comprises: a first slider frame 31 disposed on a pallet 21; a second slider frame 51 interposed between the first slider frame 31 and a carriage 2; a first drive mechanism for moving the second slider frame 51 in the front-rear direction with respect to the first slider frame 31; and a second drive mechanism for moving the carriage 2 in the front-rear direction with respect to the second slider frame 51, wherein the carriage 2 on the pallet 21 can be easily advanced to a position beyond a front end of a mechanical parking device 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
