SUPERSTRUCTURE MEMBER REMOVAL FACILITY, SUPERSTRUCTURE MEMBER REPLACEMENT FACILITY, SUPERSTRUCTURE MEMBER REMOVAL METHOD, AND SUPERSTRUCTURE MEMBER REPLACEMENT METHOD
To achieve miniaturization of heavy machinery, simplification of venting facility, efficiency of removal of superstructure members and construction work even for viaducts with high ground clearance.SOLUTION: A superstructure member removal facility can be used to remove from a bridge 100 an existing superstructure member 110 in a predetermined area within a span 106 between bridge piers 102 and 104 adjacent to each other in a bridge axis direction of the bridge 100. The superstructure member removal facility comprises a vertical rail 22 attached to each of the piers 102 and 104 in a vertical direction and located within the span 106 when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the bridge axis, and a lifting device 24 attached to each vertical rail 22 and movable along the vertical rail 22 to which it is attached, the lifting devices 24 being provided in the number sufficient to be able to lower the existing superstructure member 110 to be removed while supporting it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地上高が高い高架橋を対象とする場合であっても、重機の小型化、ベント設備の簡素化、上部工部材の撤去・架設作業の効率化を図ることができる。【解決手段】橋梁100の橋軸方向に隣接する橋脚102、104の間の径間106内の所定の領域の既設上部工部材110を橋梁100から撤去する際に用いることができる上部工部材撤去設備であって、橋脚102、104それぞれに上下方向に取り付けられていて、橋軸直角方向から見て径間106内に位置している上下方向レール22と、上下方向レール22それぞれに取り付けられていて、自身が取り付けられた上下方向レール22に沿って移動可能な昇降装置24と、を備え、撤去する既設上部工部材110を支持しつつ下降させることができる数の昇降装置24を備える。【選択図】図1
