SUPERSTRUCTURE MEMBER CONVEYANCE FACILITY AND SUPERSTRUCTURE MEMBER CONVEYANCE METHOD
To facilitate the downsizing of heavy equipment, simplification of vent facility, and improvement of the efficiency of removing and providing work of the superstructure member even if the target is a viaduct with a high ground clearance.SOLUTION: It is provided with vertical rails 22 extending in the vertical direction adjacent to piers 102 and 104 adjacent to each other in the bridge axis direction of a bridge 100 and located within a span 106, a rail holding vertical member 28 to which the vertical rail 22 is attached, the member positioning the span 106 and is installed so as to extend in substantially the same direction as the vertical rail 22, and a lifting device 24 that is attached to each of the vertical rails 22 and can move along the vertical rail 22 on which it is mounted, the number of lifting devices 24 capable of vertically moving while supporting the superstructure member 110 being provided, and the rail holding vertical member 28 transmitting at least a part of the vertical downward load received by the vertical rail 22 to the ground without going through the bridge 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地上高が高い高架橋が対象であっても、重機の小型化、ベント設備の簡素化、上部工部材の撤去・架設作業の効率化を図ることができる。【解決手段】橋梁100の橋軸方向に隣接する橋脚102、104それぞれに隣接して上下方向に延びていて、径間106内に位置している上下方向レール22と、上下方向レール22が取り付けられる部材であって、径間106内に位置し、上下方向レール22と略同一の方向に延びるように設置されたレール保持用上下方向部材28と、上下方向レール22それぞれに取り付けられていて、自身が取り付けられた上下方向レール22に沿って移動可能な昇降装置24と、を備え、上部工部材110を支持しつつ上下方向に運搬することができる数の昇降装置24を備えるとともに、レール保持用上下方向部材28は、上下方向レール22が受ける鉛直方向下向きの荷重の少なくとも一部を、橋脚100を介さずに地盤に伝達する。【選択図】図1
