To provide a displacement measuring device of damper for vibration control capable of easily discriminating an operation amount while attenuating vibration between a first structure and a second structure that can slide with each other.SOLUTION: A displacement measuring device of damper for vibration control between a first structure and a second structure comprises: a cylinder 11 fixed to the first structure; a rod 12 fixed to the second structure; a piston connected to the rod 12; a cylindrical rod cover 14 in which a long hole 22 is formed in a sliding direction A of the cylinder 11; a pair of first movable parts 23a, 23b provided on the rod cover 14 so as to be slidable along the long hole 22; and an operation piece provided in the cylinder 11 and inserted into the long hole 22 so as to be disposed between the pair of first movable parts 23a, 23b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
