COATED FILM FORMATION METHOD
To provide a coated film formation method that can suppress progress of deterioration such as color change and crack due to an existing coated film and a joint filler while using uneven patterns and multicolor patterns of the existing coated film and hold aesthetic property over a long time.SOLUTION: In the coated film formation method, two or more kinds of coating materials with visible light permeability are applied to an existing coating surface provided in a base material to form a new coated film. The existing coating surface has uneven patterns and/or multi color patterns. Each of the coating materials contains resin components including 20 weight% or more of (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester (A) having an alkyl group having three or more carbons in resin constituting components, and at least one kind of the coating materials forms a coated film with long-wave ultraviolet permeability of 40% or less and middle-wave ultraviolet permeability of 20% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】既存被膜の凹凸模様や多色模様を活かしつつ、既存被膜に起因する変色、ひび割れ等の劣化の進行を抑制し、長期にわたり美観性を保持することができる被膜形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、基材上に設けられた既存被膜面に対し、可視光透過性を有する被覆材を２種以上塗付して新設被膜を形成する被膜形成方法であって、上記既存被膜面は、凹凸模様及び／または多色模様を有するものであり、上記被覆材は、それぞれ、炭素数３以上のアルキル基を有する（メタ）アクリル酸アルキルエステル（Ａ）を、樹脂構成成分中に２０重量％以上含む樹脂成分を含有するものであり、上記被覆材のうち少なくとも１種は、長波紫外線透過率が４０％以下、中波紫外線透過率が２０％以下である被膜を形成するものであることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
