JOINT PART STRUCTURE FOR CONSTRUCTION PANELS AND EXTERNAL WALL COMPRISING THE JOINT PART STRUCTURE
To provide a joint part structure for construction panels that establishes high water tightness without increasing a costs, and an external wall comprising the joint part structure.SOLUTION: A joint part structure 1 for construction panels includes a water-proof longitudinal gasket 18 and a water-proof lateral gasket 21 interposed along a longitudinal joint part 17 and a gap 20 communicating with a lateral joint part on the rear surface side of extrusion molding cement plates 2 stretched in a longitudinal and lateral manner, respectively. As the gaskets 18, 21, a material with a physical property having density of 130 to 150 kg/mand compressive stress of 9 to 12 KPa at the time of 30% compression is used. The gaskets 18, 21 are inserted into the longitudinal joint part 17 and the gap 20 in a state in which a compression rate is 20 to 40% with respect to a joint width t2 and a gap width t1 into which the gaskets are inserted, respectively. 【課題】高い水密性が得られ、それと共にコストアップを招かない建築用パネルの目地部構造、及びその目地構造を備える外壁を提供する。【解決手段】縦横に張られた押出成形セメント板2の裏面側の縦目地部17、又は横目地部に通じる空隙20に沿って、それぞれ防水用の縦ガスケット18、横ガスケット21を挟み込んだ建築用パネルの目地部構造1である。ガスケット18、21として、密度が130〜150kg/m3、30%圧縮時の圧縮応力が9〜12KPaの物性を有するものを用い、当該ガスケット18、21を、ガスケットを挿入する目地幅t2又は空隙幅t1に対して圧縮率を20〜40%とした状態で縦目地部17、又は空隙20に挟み込み、水密性を向上させる。【選択図】図1
