JOINT PART STRUCTURE FOR CONSTRUCTION PANELS AND EXTERNAL WALL COMPRISING THE JOINT PART STRUCTURE
To provide a joint part structure for construction panels that provides a joint part having high water tightness via simple execution and is capable of reducing costs, and an external wall comprising the joint part structure.SOLUTION: A joint part structure 1 for construction panels includes a water-proof longitudinal gasket 15 interposed at a longitudinal joint part 5 and a water-proof lateral gasket 16 interposed at a lateral joint part 4 on the rear surface side of extrusion molding cement plates 2 stretched in a longitudinal and lateral manner, respectively. A hard material having performance of compressive stress of 20 to 30 KPa at the time of 30% compression is used for the longitudinal gasket 15; a soft material having performance of compressive stress of 5 to 15 KPa at the time of 30% compression is used for the lateral gasket 16. Respective ends 16a of two lateral gaskets 16 made from the soft material are brought into contact with the middle part 15a so as to clamp a middle part 15a of the longitudinal gasket 15 made from the hard material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡単な施工で高い水密性を有する目地部が得られ、かつコストを抑えることのできる建築用パネルの目地部構造、及びその目地構造を備える外壁を提供する。【解決手段】縦横に張られた押出成形セメント板２の裏面側の縦目地部５に防水用の縦ガスケット１５が挟み込まれ、かつ横目地部４に防水用の横ガスケット１６が挟み込まれた建築用パネルの目地部構造１である。縦ガスケット１５に、３０％圧縮時の圧縮応力で２０〜３０ＫＰａの性能を有する硬材料を使用し、横ガスケット１６に、３０％圧縮時の圧縮応力で５〜１５ＫＰａの性能を有する柔材料を使用し、硬材料からなる縦ガスケット１５の中途部１５ａを挟持するように、柔材料からなる２つの横ガスケット１６の各端部１６ａを当該中途部１５ａに接触させる。【選択図】図２
