To provide a joint water cutoff structure for a concrete structure capable of surely preventing rain water from flowing down from a joint while also surely buffering structures together.SOLUTION: A joint water cutoff structure for a concrete structure consisting of multiple adjacent structures, and having a joint 4 in which a joint gap is formed between the plurality of structures, comprises: a backup layer 5 provided between facing surfaces of the plurality of structures with at least a part of the joint 4 is closed; an expansion layer 6 that is expandably laminated on the upper surface of the backup layer 5 with at least a part of the joint 4 closed; and a water-resistant layer 7 laminated on the upper surface of the expansion layer 6 with the joint 4 closed, and having a buffering action on the behavior of the plurality of structures and preventing moisture from penetrating into the plurality of structures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
