SCREW NODE REINFORCEMENT GAGE AND APPLICATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a screw node reinforcement gage allowing sure and simple identification of the form and the size of a screw node reinforcement, and an application method thereof.SOLUTION: A screw node reinforcement gage 100 is used for measuring the form of a screw node reinforcement 10 having a pair of screw node parts 14 provided on an outer peripheral surface 12 and facing with each other in the radial direction, a pair of non-screw node parts 16 facing the radial direction orthogonal to the radial direction, and threads 18 formed at equal intervals in the axial direction in the screw node parts 14, and has a tabular gage body 20 and a recessed part 24 formed on one side part 22 of the gage body 20. The recessed part 24 is formed of a curved line 26 recessedly curved to be in tight contact with the screw node parts 14 from the radial direction, and a pair of parallel linear parts 28 continued to both ends of the curved line 26 and extended linearly outward to be in tight contact with the pair of the non-screw node parts 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
